that we were together,

hand in hand,

smiles and dreams..

I dreamt that you were you,

and i was i,

that we were happy,

love in our eyes.

I dreamt that yesterday was today,

and tomorrow was today,

that there was a smile of happiness,

that sweet feeling of bliss..

I dreamt,

that was but a fleeting dream,

in the moment of the lifespan of a flower,

where its blossom meant its end,

and the seeds spawned a new beginning.
